Since Site Creations Experts provides non-tangible, custom-made digital services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been initiated or delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If the final result does not meet the agreed-upon requirements specified in the initial project scope, we will work with you to make necessary revisions.

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

1. If the service has not yet commenced, a full refund may be issued upon request.
2. If the delivered service is significantly different from the agreed-upon scope of work, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. No refunds will be issued for completed and approved services.
